PrimeSpark Membership Payment and Refund Policy

  1. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY.
    (a) When the client signs up to become a member of the Prime Spark Membership Community, she agrees to pay to Hartcom the full purchase amount, either in one annual payment or on a monthly payment basis.
    (b) If the client is dissatisfied, she may request a refund via email to [email protected] within seven (7) days. After this time period, refunds will be given at the discretion of Hartcom.
    (c) Both the client and Hartcom acknowledge that Hartcom will issue a payment request via PayPal, and either charge the credit card chosen by the client or receive payment from the client’s PayPal account for the amounts specified in the agreement. If the client selects a payment plan option, she agrees to pay the monthly fee designated in the joining invitation.
    (d) All fees are due within 7 days of due date.

2.DISCLAIMERS. By joining the Membership Community, the client acknowledges that Hartcom and Sara Hart are not providing financial, legal, or other professional advice. The content provided does not replace use of a qualified professional. The client acknowledges that Hartcom has not and does not make any representations as to a future outcome of any kind that may be derived as a result of use of any portion of this Membership. 

3.RECORDING. The client acknowledges that group sessions and/or trainings may be recorded. These will be for the sole use of Members who may have missed sessions and/or want to review a session.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. All materials used during the Membership that are developed by Hartcom/Sara Hart, are not to be used without specific acknowledgement to Hartcom/Sara Hart.

5.EXCEPTIONS. Clients are encouraged to discuss with Sara Hart any issues, questions, or concerns that arise during their Membership.
